Managing Difficult Conversations
At sometime or other we have all had experience of a difficult conversation either having to broach a difficult topic or being on the receiving end of something that someone has said. This module is about dealing with situations that are frustrating, awkward, exasperating or with people who are deliberately manipulative and to enable you to keep calm, focused and objective.

• Linguistic techniques to common issues
• Dealing with people in the moment – some useful tactics
