It is difficult to improve performance and behaviours without receiving feedback yet this is a difficult skill to do well and can result in the opposite intended effect. This webinar explores different ways feedback can be used to achieve behavioural change and to provide the motivation to do something differently. It tackles the problem of giving challenging feedback in way that prevents emotional triggers being pushed.

You will have several different methods that you can use to give feedback and you will understand the importance of ensuring that your needs are met. You will also be able to understand how to break stalemates so that you can negotiate the behaviours that you want to see from others. You will also explore how feedback can be given on sensitive issues.
