Fastlane’s Coaching Aim and Style
Fastlane’s coaching aims to focus on goals and outcomes set out at the beginning of the coaching contract. During the sessions current business situations and behaviours are discussed, various current approaches challenged, to then maximise the right action and follow up.
Structure
Sessions usually take shape in blocks of 3 to 10 sessions, or on a session by session basis. Many of our clients prefer a structure over a longer timeframe as to benefit from tackling key challenges and maximise sustaining results.
