Impact, Gravitas and Perception
People make decisions about someone within the first few minutes of meeting them so how we want to be perceived is often very important. First impressions count and it is important to understand the range of signals and clues that are being sent and received in those first few moments. This workshop looks at both non-verbal and verbal clues that help us form decisions about people, the effect on impact and gravitas and how we can influence the perception others have of us.
