This workshop will help you understand how to improve your communication skills and identify the linguistic patterns used by others to build rapport and understand how to avoid conflict and resolve communication issues.

The workshop explores what you want from life and how to achieve a considered work/life balance so that you can be on top of your game. You will identify your main distracters and develop an awareness of tactics to deal with procrastination and the demands that other people make on your time.
