The ability to persuade and influence others is a vital life and business skill. This workshop is about understanding how to communicate to influence others and being aware of the important and observable signals that are being given during any interaction and how to respond to them. The workshop will prepare individuals to take control over the outcomes they want to achieve and understand the steps needed to make this happen.
