Drive to Perform

 Have you ever been given a target that you are expected to achieve and which on first sight appear disconnected from reality and almost impossible to reach?   Given such targets it is important that leaders are able to stand back, analyse the situation, and then engage their teams to develop effective solutions.  This workshop focuses on engaging and empowering management teams to collaborate and drive performance.

This workshop is about harnessing the collective power of the team or teams.  It is about encouraging teams to think creatively towards forming a collaborative solution towards what might appear to be an intractable problem or situation.  It focuses on identifying the right questions to ask and getting back to core issues rather than tackling how to solve the problem. 

You will learn tools and techniques that encourage open and honest thinking and discussion so that the team can create and understand the range of options that are open to them and enable them to collectively move forwards to achieve the performance they desire.
