Elaine Stephens

Over 20 years' experience leading and developing people within global pharmaceutical, clinical research, biotechnology and advanced engineering organisations. Significant expertise in leadership development, talent strategy, organisational change and line management, with a proven track record of leading global teams in complex, highly regulated and high-growth environments.

Elaine has held senior leadership roles including Executive Director of Learning & Development at Chiltern International Ltd and Chief People Officer at HTMS, partnering with executive teams to align people strategy with business growth and performance objectives.

Having led global teams throughout her career in clinical research and learning and development, Elaine brings first-hand experience of the challenges leaders face in balancing performance, engagement and wellbeing across diverse, international teams.

Elaine has delivered leadership development, coaching and organisational change programmes for organisations including Ergomed, Evestia Clinical, Resolution Therapeutics, Metronomia, HTMS and Boston Scientific.
